The cost of the conference includes Friday night dinner, Saturday Lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch and dinner. All tea, coffee and water. If you choose to stay at Beaumont House it also includes full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

We understand these are challenging times financially and we have tried to make this conference as cost effective as possible. The 3 options available are :-

  1. Conference only £320+VAT (currently 17.5%) per person (approximately €352+VAT)
  2. Conference and shared occupancy £410+VAT per person (approximately €451+VAT)
  3. Conference and single occupancy £470+VAT per person (approximately €517+VAT)

Payment plans - attend the conference for just £27.79 per month

We have created a payment plan for those looking to spread the cost of attending the conference the plan depends on when you start payment and the package you are choosing. If you start now you also get the early bird discount.

For example if you choose to stay in shared occupancy the total cost would be £471.50, with early bird discount this becomes £437.00. If you start payment in October this will equate to a monthly payment of just £36.41.

An early-bird discount is available at £30 per person if you book and pay before August 2010
