In this seminar we’ll lead you through four parts of change processes:
You will experience your own change process and learn from the change processes of others. This concept is powerful in one-on-one coachings as well as in corporate trainings.
It is a step onto the next level of Horse Assisted Education.
Active participants take part in the hands-on exercises and in the theoretical programme.
Passive participants watch the hands-on exercises and listen to the theoretical programme.
Both, active and passive participants, get the manual and instructions and have the right to work with this concept in own seminars.

In this seminar “active participants” will engage in hands- on experiences with horses and learn theoretical models, exercises and techniques.” Passive participants” will watch the hands on experiences with horses and listen to the theoretical models, exercises and techniques.
Both active and passive participants will receive a manual and instructions and will have the right to use this approach.
Partnering with horses and leading with spiritual presence we can transform our families, business and communities, uplift our human spirit and create positive change.
This seminar is precondition for “Qualified EAHAE Membership”. You’ll learn about our special seminar approach, working together with the horse as the real trainer.
You will experience five categories of hands-on exercises
and you will learn about three fundamental categories of transfer models

You’ll get a one-day and a two-day concept hand-outs for participants included. As an Qualified EAHAE Member you are allowed to use these concepts and adapt them to your own opportunities (number of horses, number of participants, facility etc.)
