This concept is based on David Cooperriders Appreciated Inquiry concept, using the help of horses to get people emotionally on the track of change. Change could be in business as well in personal life.

In this seminar we’ll lead you through four parts of change processes:

  • Discovery
  • Dream
  • Design
  • Destiny

You will experience your own change process and learn from the change processes of others. This concept is powerful in one-on-one coachings as well as in corporate trainings.

It is a step onto the next level of Horse Assisted Education.

Active participants take part in the hands-on exercises and in the theoretical programme.

Passive participants watch the hands-on exercises and listen to the theoretical programme.

Both, active and passive participants, get the manual and instructions and have the right to work with this concept in own seminars.

Change Management has been one of the main topics in companies the last few years. Now it is even more important than in former times.

Seminar language is English.

"Increasing numbers of people want their spirituality to be more than just faith and belief–they want it to be practical and applied. They want to bring their whole selves to work and home life–body, mind and spirit. Many business people are finding that the bottom line can be strengthened by embodying their values. They can "do well by doing good."

The intention and benefit of this workshop is to partner with horses to :

  • Learn how bringing the spiritual and business worlds together in your work can take your business to the next level of success
  • Develop clearly defined goals, action steps, strategies for bringing spirituality into your business as a value added approach
  • Enhance your business and seminar services by learning how you can provide "engaging with spirit " as a core competency for conscious and transformational leadership and teamwork

The approach to this workshop is based on the theory and practice of Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry and Action Logic, Managing by Design & Design Thinking and Leadership Agility

In this seminar "active participants" will engage in hands- on experiences with horses and learn theoretical models, exercises and techniques." Passive participants" will watch the hands on experiences with horses and listen to the theoretical models, exercises and techniques.

Both active and passive participants will receive a manual and instructions and will have the right to use this approach.
